e-Commerce Solutions
RS&A has a variety of e-Commerce solutions available. Our entry level shopping cart includes an easy-to-use ordering system integrated with a high power Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database. An on-line administration page allows administrators to add, edit or delete items from the database of products through easy-to-use HTML forms using Internet Explorer or Netscape. Credit card orders can be processed on-line using our secure server and both shopper and administrator are notified via e-mail.

Discussion Board
Allow your customers to interact with you and other customers using our on-line Discussion Board. Customers can start a new discussion or respond to existing discussions. Optionally, an administrator can moderate postings to control all content posted on the discussion board. Each posting contains space for topic, author, date, time and e-mail address of the person posting. Several options are available for formatting and layout of the discussion board.

Member Database
Keep track of your most valuable assets; your customers. Our on-line membership database allows you to collect vital information about your customers and stores that information in a SQL database. The database can then be used to allow members access to specific features on your website, as a mail list for periodic newsletters to be sent to members, or for direct mail or advertising campaigns.

E-mail Newsletter Signup
Allow your customers to sign up to receive periodic newsletters. The customers simply enter their e-mail address and click 'submit'. Their e-mail address is added to a SQL database and to a List Server. By sending a single message to the List Server, all people in the list will automatically receive a copy. The List Server allows customers to automatically remove themselves from the list or re-subscribe at any time.

On-line Newsletter
Our on-line newsletter allows you to add a complete dynamic newsletter to your existing web site. The newsletter is powered by a SQL database. An administration section allows the administrator to add, edit or delete issues. Back issues are automatically archived. Each issue may contain an unlimited number of articles. Each article includes space for a picture, title of the article, author, date, and the article itself. The administration page also allows the administrator to add, edit or delete articles within any issue. Changes made to the database by the administrator are instantly displayed on-line. All administration pages are easy-to-use password protected HTML forms which can be accessed from anywhere in the world using Internet Explorer or Netscape. The on-line newsletter is customized to meet your specific needs and includes the e-mail Newsletter Signup options described above.

On-line Auction
Add a full functioning auction house to your web site. Our on-line auction allows your customers to enter items for auction or bid on existing items. Each auction item includes space for a picture, description, open and close date, specifications, minimum bid, reserve amount, and bid increment amount. The item owner is automatically notified by e-mail of all bids. Access to the auction house is controlled through a member database, which is also included.

Custom e-Cards
Allow your customers to create their own custom e-Cards on-line and send them to anyone. Customers can choose any photo from an on-line photo gallery. They can pick an occasion like 'Birthday' or 'Anniversary' and add a personal message to the e-Card. The custom e-Card is then e-mailed to the recipient. The recipient can respond by simply clicking on reply within the e-mail which takes them back to your website and allows them to create their own custom e-Card. An administration section allows the administrator to add or remove photos from the photo gallery at any time. An option is also available to allow customers to submit their own photographs.

Opinion Polls
Conduct on-line opinion polls on your web site. Customers can submit questions through easy-to-use forms. All questions, once approved by the administrator, are displayed on-line and allow other users to submit their opinions. All votes are tallied automatically and displayed instantly on-line with graphs and statistics on all responses.

Search Engines
Add a custom search engine to your site. Our customizable search engine allows you to add a yahoo-like web search to your web site. All results from the search are displayed on your web site. If a user clicks on a link to another site, that site is framed on your existing web site so that the customer never leaves your web site. The user can select specific search engines to search from or search all on-line search engines with one click of a button.

E-mail Center
Allow your customers to check their e-mail through an easy-to-use web browser interface. This allows them to check their e-mail from anywhere in the world without having to set up e-mail client software. Works with all standard POP3 e-mail server software.
